Product Support
The support staff at Pocket Professor is available to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at support@pocketprofessor.org. Please include the following information when writing to us:

• The make and model of your handheld; for example, Palm m105 or Handspring Treo 600.
• Whether or not you are using a memory card.
• Any software that you have running in the background on your handheld.
• Your name, or if you are not the purchaser of our software, the purchaser and the product purchase number.
• The type of problem you are experiencing.

Unzipping Files
For a faster download, some of our products are provided in a zipped format, and you must unzip them before installing them to your handheld. Zip programs are available for free on the web, and we recommend Winzip or Stuffit for your PC or Mac respectively. To unzip or extract files with Winzip, do the following:

1. Navigate to the folder where you placed the downloaded .zip file.
2. Double-click the file
   Winzip will automatically open and display the files contained in the .zip file.
3. Press the Extract button at the top of the screen.
   Winzip displays a dialog box asking where you would like it to place the unzipped files.
4. Navigate to that folder, make sure All Files is selected in the Files box, and click OK.
   Winzip will unzip all the files and place them in the specified folder.
5. Close Winzip, then follow the instructions for your particular device to install the files to your Palm, PocketPC or Smartphone.

Memory Cards
The current versions of our Pocket Professor products cannot be accessed from a memory card or stick, they must be loaded into the main memory of your handheld.
